Drawing inspiration from footage captured aboard the International Space Station, this painting contemplates the intricate dance between the microscopic and the macroscopic roles we play in the cosmos. It captures the paradox of our existence: how we can feel minuscule and inconsequential against the vast backdrop of the planet, yet simultaneously wield the power to forge immense worlds of our own through our intentions and viewpoints. This painting shows a woman looking down on her world where the inhabitants are too small to see, while also witnessing her own radiance mirrored back at her.
